Mobilizing your community to register, get educated, and turn out to vote can be a lot of work, and we know not all of our partners have extensive time and funding to put on extravagant events. National Voter Education Week and Vote Early Day have teamed up to give you a practical and informative training session that will help teams with limited capacity and resources plan and execute effective events and activations for the Civic Holidays!
You’ll learn how to set clear goals and identify your target audience, where you can get access to in-kind support, and how to build capacity through partnerships and volunteer recruitment. We’ll also share our recommendations for using free resources and toolkits, as well as replicable activation ideas that can be tailored to meet the unique needs of your community.
