High School Voter Registration Week

About half of US teens live in states where they can pre-register at age 16, and about 20% of the incoming high school seniors will be old enough to vote in November. In many states fewer than 35% of 18-year-olds are registered to vote. High School Voter Registration week is an opportunity to change that. With a series of workshops, a toolkit, and days of action, The Civics Center supports educators, students, and community members to run school-based voter registration drives and ensure that every student has an opportunity to register before they graduate.
