Democracy Goes Digital: Voter Registration Using Online Tools

More and more states have opened the door to online voter registration over the past few years. While the ability to quickly and efficiently register voters via tablets or smartphones has revolutionized the traditional voter drive, questions about which online registration tools are most appropriate, accessibility and user friendliness, and privacy can make people hesitant to stray from pen and paper.
To help, we’ve recruited some of the biggest names in the field of online voter registration technology from Rock the Vote, TurboVote, and Vote.org for a discussion designed to demystify the process and prepare organizations of all types to use digital voter registration tools to supercharge their voter outreach efforts. Plus we’ll hear from the great state of Colorado’s Community Resource Center for an up close view of the experience of grassroots partners using online registration tools to get their communities #VoteReady.
